2. Digital services and products
KW Media SCG sells digital services and digital products. No physical products are shipped.
Service descriptions, prices and delivery details are shown on the relevant product or service page. Please read the description carefully before purchasing or enquiring.
3. Orders and enquiries
When you purchase a service or submit an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This may include your name, email address, business or organisation details, website links, social media links, project information and access needs.

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment may be processed through Shopify and its payment providers.
KW Media SCG does not directly store your full payment card details.
Work may not begin until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery of digital services
Digital services are delivered virtually and written-first, usually by email or another agreed digital method.
Delivery times may vary depending on the service purchased, the complexity of the project and how quickly required information is provided by the client.
Any estimated delivery times are guidance only unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing.
6. Client responsibilities
To complete a service, you may need to provide information, links, files, brand assets, account details, content examples or feedback.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
Delays in providing required information may delay delivery of the service.
7. Revisions and changes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, KW Media SCG retains ownership of its processes, templates, frameworks, strategy methods and pre-existing intellectual property.
Once full payment has been received, you may use the final deliverables provided to you for your own business, organisation, brand or content purposes.
You must not resell, redistribute, copy or claim KW Media SCG templates, frameworks or service materials as your own unless written permission has been given.
10. Portfolio and examples
KW Media SCG may ask for permission to reference completed work, feedback or results as part of a portfolio, case study or testimonial.
We will not publish private project details, confidential information or sensitive client information without permission.

KW Media SCG aims to provide clear, accessible and flexible digital support. Services are written-first and virtual by default.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, account decisions, algorithm changes or policies made by third-party platforms.

KW Media SCG aims to provide useful, strategic and professional support, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, sales, engagement, reach, media coverage or platform performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KW Media SCG is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or issues caused by third-party platforms or services.
