KW Media SCG provides digital services and digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical products.

There are no parcels, postage costs or physical delivery options for KW Media SCG services.

Because all KW Media SCG products and services are digital, no physical shipping is required.

You will not receive a physical item in the post.

Delivery may depend on KW Media SCG receiving the required information, links, files, examples, brand assets or project details from you.

If required information is delayed, the delivery date may also be delayed.

If you have not received a digital product, email, download link or expected project communication, please contact KW Media SCG.

Before contacting us, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder in case the email has been filtered by your email provider.

7. Incorrect email address

Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout or enquiry stage is correct.

KW Media SCG is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help if you contact us with the correct details.

8. International delivery

KW Media SCG services are delivered digitally and virtually, so there are no international shipping charges.

Clients outside the United Kingdom may still be able to purchase or enquire, subject to availability, payment processing and any relevant legal or platform restrictions.
