Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled for purchases made from KW Media SCG.

1. About our products and services

KW Media SCG provides digital services and digital products, including social media strategy support, content creation support, creator growth reviews, accessibility-focused digital support, short-form video editing and digital template products.

We do not sell or ship physical products.

2. Digital products

Digital products may include templates, downloadable resources, guides or other digital files.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded or copied immediately after delivery, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once the file, download link or digital access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

3. Digital services

Digital services are delivered virtually and written-first, usually by email or another agreed digital method.

Refunds for digital services depend on the stage of the work:

  • If work has not yet started, you may request a cancellation and refund.
  • If work has started but has not been completed, a partial refund may be considered depending on how much work has already been carried out.
  • If the service has been completed or delivered, refunds are generally not available.

4. Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please email KW Media SCG as soon as possible at wells.katherineg@gmail.com.

Please include your name, order details and the service or product purchased.

Cancellations cannot usually be accepted once a digital product has been delivered or once a digital service has been completed.

5. Returns

Because KW Media SCG sells digital products and digital services only, there are no physical items to return.

No return shipping is required.

6. Refund requests

To request a refund, email wells.katherineg@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number, if available
  • The product or service purchased
  • The reason for your refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Processing approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method through Shopify or the relevant payment provider.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment service.

8. Mistaken purchases

If you purchase the wrong service or product by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, we may help transfer the purchase value towards a more suitable KW Media SCG service or product, provided the original digital product has not been accessed or the original service work has not started.

9. Unsuitable or incomplete information from the client

Some services require you to provide information, links, files, examples, brand assets or feedback so the work can be completed.

If required information is not provided, this may delay delivery. Refunds are not automatically issued where a project is delayed because required client information has not been supplied.

10. Revisions

Some services may include revisions. Any included revisions will be stated in the product or service description or agreed in writing.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and are not treated as a refund reason.

11. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
